Do you provide packing materials? Yes, we provide all necessary packing materials including double-walled cardboard boxes, tape, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, mattress covers, cling film, and floor protection rolls. Boxes can also be purchased separately from us.

How should I pack boxes? We recommend packing boxes to a maximum weight of 15kg for easy carrying. Light items should be placed in large boxes, while heavy items should go in smaller boxes. Use wrapping paper and bubble wrap to protect breakable items, and ensure boxes are adequately padded to prevent shifting during transit.
How do you pack our belongings? We pack breakable and non-breakable items separately, labeling each box for easy unpacking. Fragile items are sealed with fragile tape to ensure they receive extra care during loading and unloading.

Do I need to empty chest of drawers before moving? Yes, it’s advisable to empty drawers before moving. Although we wrap furniture for protection, emptying drawers ensures safer handling during transit, and we may need to remove drawers depending on their weight or size.
